And reinstall what you want with memory patch for SKSE last if possible/relevant. If all else fails, completely remove FXAA Injector, SweetFX, ENBSeries, modded memory patch, etc. I remember looking into this before but I'm not a fan of FXAA Injector on Skyrim, so I knew ICBINE was pointless as I wouldn't even bother running SweetFX itself with Skyrim. NET framework 4.0+ (should be 4.5 or higher atm, google NET framework 4.5 or something)ĭouble check that your proxy dll settings are all correct on ENBoost if you use it. Make sure you have the latest runtimes for DirectX and. If you're not able to use the above fixes let me know what version your game is and what video card you are using. If you've ever installed FXAA Injector, be sure to remove all of the files related to it before using Sweetfx/enboost (for safety measures, though I don't think it causes issues unless a dll override is necessary)

Rename the d3d9.dll that came with this mod to d3d9orig.dll and place the d3d9.dll from that mod with it in the game folder.

If you have an nvidia, you can try using the nvidia optimus fix I know I haven't put anything where it shouldn't go according to the instructions so I'm wondering whether I'm missing something I don't know about like a script extender or something.ĭid you make sure to place them properly according to whether it was enb or the reshade with sweetfx as they vary slightly. the bin folder and extra instructions for the D3D9 file. I've now tried both the ENB and ReShade versions whilst following the instructions for the equivalent folders to use e.g. I'm using a non-steam version of the game but I don't get any notification in the top-left to say it's running. However, I still can't get this or any other mod for HL2 working. Sorry for the angry tone (just frustrated). Ibsen3 wrote: Thank you (kudos duly given). The setting is there, just set it to none for AntiAliasing. Just goto options, video and click the advanced tab. Can anyone let us know? Carinth01 wrote: Hi,

Ibsen3 wrote: Am I the only one here who hasn't a clue how to disable AntiAliasing? The instructions seem to imply that everyone knows how to do it. But in each even with AA on you should still get the enb pop-up at the game start telling you it's running.Įdited by Carinth01, 07 July 2020 - 04:17 PM.

Just make sure with the enb version you disable the ingame anti alias in each for the sweetfx to work. (The reshade with sweetfx version, all the files go into the bin folder, but don't mix the two separate versions or they'll cause errors with one another if not done properly) Place all the files in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2 and move the d3d9.dll in the bin folder afterwhich start any one of the 3 and you should see it running in each.

If you removed it from the half life folder you'll just want to install the files back to that folder and it should work with the other two. I just tested it and after placing the files in the half life 2 folder it automatically applied to 1 and 2 for me.

Usually it should automatically work with hl2 chapters 1 & 2 after it's been installed to the half life 2 folder.ġ and 2 both run from the main half life 2 folder. In fact it looks great, thanks for making this, it really makes the game's colours pop.

Doesn't matter though, I've finished Black Mesa and have started HL2 Update and it works fine with that. TopDollar86 wrote: Tried what you said, still didn't work. Is it possible to get this working with Episodes 1 & 2? Can't seem to get it to work with those and can't see any instructions for it.

If you don't have an nvidia and can't use the above fix, then try the reshade with sweetfx version for the Black Mesa Rename the d3d9.dll that came with this mod to d3d9orig.dll and place the d3d9.dll from the above linked mod with it in the game folder. :S Carinth01 wrote: You can try all 4 of the alt d3d9, and see if one of the other two work besides the ones you've tried.Īs well, do you have an nvidia video card? I've tried both the d3d9.DLL in the regular folder and the one in altd3d9>black mesa folder and it has the same result. I can hear the menu audio in the background. When I load up the game it gives me just a black screen. I have a new problem now, though: I can't get this to work properly with Black Mesa.
